Need to tap the knowledge base here...Does anyone have any experience,
positive or negative, with implementing FrontPage Extensions with Apache? We
are being told things such as we have to add all users in our /etc/passwd file
to make this work. To use PAM-LDAP the cn/dn, username, and password must be
stored in clear text files in the users home directory. These all sound very
odd to me. I've heard nightmares about this product, so all your thoughts and
experiences are welcome.
