Display card problem

Hi Guys

I found one of my U10 machines with PGX64 on board display
may have problem. One of my CAD software, Cadence cannot
display properly the layout objects and some of the lines are missing
Can anyone tell me what kind of tools I can use to verify and test the card
if it's working properly or not
