I had a couple of bad disks in my A5200 array.These disks were under Veritas volume manager control,but they were removed and replaced without the usual procedure of replacing these disks through the vxdiskadm and luxadm.
Now luxadm is unable to see the new disks and neither can Veritas Volume manager.
Any ideas to fix this will be appreciated.
