Hi Gurus,

I am having a T2000 server with 2 disks with Clarrion SAN connected. Now i need to create 4 LDOM's on T2000 which will boot from SAN. i.e Map 4 different LUN's from SAN and map it to each of the 4 LDOM's. Each of these disk will be the boot disk for that particular LDOM.

My Plan of Action:-

1)Create 4 LUN''s on SAN and map it to the Control Domain configured on T2000.
2)Export each LUN as whole disk to each of the created 4 guest LDOM's.
3)Login to one guest LDOM and start installing OS using jumpstart.
4)Reboot this guest LDOM and check whether it boots up.
5)Repeat Step 3 for the remaining 3 guest LDOM's.

I need to know whether the above steps are OK or am i missing something. Is there any chages to done from OBP level for booting from SAN.

Really appreaciate your Reply as have to do it asap.

Rgds
Sh
