What is the maximum that queue depth can be set to when using qlc driver

Sunmanagers,

What is the maximum that the qdepth can be set to when running the
native SUN hba driver (qlc) for both qlogic and emulex. I believe
default is set to 256 and this is set in the /etc/system file
