zfs and disk array

I have a 6140 with 6 disks that will be expanded later if needed.......

I would liek to create some filesystems on a host for large files (using for
storage)...

My question......

The array is in a RAID-5 configuration....

On the host is Solaris 10.....

Would you create the filesystems using zfs or ufs??? And what are the
benefits of each??
