VNC Server installation problem.

Hi Gurus,
 
I am trying to install VNC server on my Intel Solaris, but when I run
the ./vncserver I get this error "vncserver: couldn't find "xauth" on
your PATH".
 
So gurus help me solving this VNC server problem.
