Adding SATA Card to SF V480

Hi All,

I am interesting in adding a SATA card into sun fire v480 - das solution since FC SAN is flimsy. Is that possible? What card is recommended? Has anyone implemented it?

Other option is do a usb connect to an external drive. Can anyone recommend a external drive for me? Maxtor?
