Answer: Reboot the effected controller on the SAN resolved the issue
Questions: I have(had) a nexsan ataboy2x, qlogic 2342 and solaris 10 with vilume mgr running
-all strarted when I tried to installed external usb drive
-I was able to get to all /dev/md/dsk/d1-d15 on Saturday
-I was getting errors:

Then I rebooted with enable enhanced logging with qlogic recommendation..
At one point I have i/o errors on like 4 vollme mgmt disks - but after the reboot I lost it all..
The 13 luns were missing and cannot be seen on the fiber but controller 1 seen and its 2 ports
Any ideas?
