Question on Enterprise T5220 controller numbering (Where is 'c0'?)

Anyone have an idea as to why the Solaris is starting disk controller
number from 1, and not 0?

I got my first Enterprise T5220 this week, and I've just reloaded it
with Solaris_10_0807, to re-partition it to my needs. However, for some
reason decides to start controller instances from 1, rather than 0.

I did install a Qlogic HBA before rack-mounting the system, but Solaris
is identifying that HBA as 'c2'. Where is 'c0'?

Note: I bought the T5220 with two 146GB drives, which are in slots 0 and
1 on the front panel.
