Hi,
I am trying to install the program CHARMM on HPC sun - I have installed it
on linux and did not have any problems there but on the sun-system I cannot
execute the program without getting the error message
***** LEVEL -5 WARNING FROM <CHANDLE> *****
***** Unrecognized argument "c33b2/exec/sun64/charmm"
where it gives the variable as argument to the program. I have trying at the
charmm-forum but they did not have any experience with sun so I try here.
Any help or advice appreciated if any one has tried to installed it.
