OT: moving a rack within a datacenter

All,

We moved equipment before from datacenter to datacenter (servers were
moved one by one), but not within one.
This move would be 200-300 yards at most, but it would require moving 2
racks between 2 buildings (although there is a covered passage)

Any advice?

16 1U boxes @ 40lb each or so
+ 2shelf EMC disk array @ 250 lb
+ 2 bigger servers @ 70lb or so
+ rack weight itself would make this 1200lb+

Besides making sure the rack will fit in all doorways (including dolly
height).

I looked at some furniture dollies, and found one with 1000lb
'capacity'.
I am thinking of trying to move some equipment prior to, if at all
possible.
I am also thinking of removing all power supplies prior to the move.
The power supplies should lighten is significantly, but it would still
be rather heavy, even for four guys to lift.

I am worried about putting a rack on a dolly though.. what if it tips,
as the rack will travel slopes of 20% or so (the heaviest equipment is
at the bottom though)

We probably want a dolly (or a trolley?) that is wider than a rack, but
I'd welcome any recommendations.

There have to be manufacturers for this stuff.

Any recommendations would be greately appreciated. Will summarize.

Thanks,
Andrey
