A1000 Uptime

I have been searching for a solid answer on this and have not been able
to come up with one.

I have a number of A1000s that have been running for some time and I am
aware that there is a bug which causes them to go off line after 828
days and 12 hours. The last time this happened it came as a big surprise
and caused allot of problems that I would like to avoid this time around.

I have 2 questions;
1. Does system uptime=A1000 uptime?

2. Is it necessary to reboot/power cycle the A1000s as well as the server?

3. If 1 is not true how do I get the uptime of A1000s? IE drvutil
command or RM6 option?

If it is not necessary to reboot the server I plan to unmount the drives
and then power cycle the A1000 then remounting the system. Can anyone
see a problem with this aproach?

Thank you in advance,

Regards,

Erin
