Problem booting Sun Fire V100

Hi,

I have two Sun FIRE V100 running Solaris 8, 1 week ago they were running ok.
But last week I try to log in with a normal user account and I can't. I
tried with the root account, and that was ok, but I cant log in with
another account. At this moment I rebooted the machines and when the two
machines boot, the console stop at this point and dont continue booting
anymore:
