Printer prblem

hi
i have added a printer Sedco Magna L2640 C on Solaris 9 machine.. the thing is the printer has been added but when we send some file to print it, it only prints the first few lines say 3-4 lines.. and rest of the page is empty. we tried alot. but all in vain.
and we also need to print the ARABIC text file from that printer.
but we are failed in doing this

guide me..
