Forcing patches to be reapplied

Hi all,

I have got a system here into a bit of an inconsistent state. It's a
T1000, running Solaris 10 (SunOS 5.10 Generic_120011-14 sun4v sparc
SUNW,Sun-Fire-T1000). It is also running a non-global zone.

I have applied the latest recommended patch cluster, but it is reporting
that some patches could not be installed on the non-global zone. For
instance, 119254-44 which is needed by the latest kernel patch
(120011-14) did install OK on the global zone, but not on the non-global
zone. So now, I'm in a state where I have a global and non-global zone
at different patch levels which is causing a problem. I need both to be
at 120011-14, as I need the extendedFILE.so fix that ships with this
patch.

I have tried running patchadd again, but when I try this it refuses to
run, saying that the patch has already been installed. This is true even
if I run "patchadd -u". Is there a way of forcing patchadd to try
re-installing ? Or is my only option at this point to try backing out
all the patches in turn and re-applying ?

Thanks, and I will of course provide a summary.
