DST Patch

Please let me know how to find whether the solaris servers are DST patched
or not.

When I execute the zdump command I get the following output,

*server1# zdump -v $TZ | grep 2007*

*UTC Fri Nov 2 20:04:47 2007 UTC = Fri Nov 2 20:04:47 2007 UTC isdst=0*

*server1#*

Is the server is DST patched ?
