ctrl-d to proceed for system maintenance

Hello,

suddenly power off of server,
when i on server manually it came ok promt,
 ok> boot

INIT: SINGLE USER MODE
type ctrl-d to proceed with normal startup,
(or give root password for system maintenance) :

after giving password it came # promt.

#
it came in single user mode
# who -r
. run- level 3 Oct 9 3 S

wht to do, Please help me...
