How to tell how busy my network connection is??

Hi Gurus

I wanted to know, In Solaris 8 & 10, how can I determine the bandwidth usage
of my 100mbs network ports. I know netstat -I gives me packet counts etc and I
can check for retransmissions etc, but is there any way of me determining a
percentage of bandwidth utilisation at any one time? , ie if someone is
transferring a massive file then I would expect to see 90%-100% usage but when
just broadcast, multicast traffic is on the line then I would expect to see a
bandwidth usage of under 10% etc etc. I am assuming there must be a way of
doing this ?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
Gary
