Hi everyone.
I've set up Xvfb on Solaris 10 on a v490 (no kb,no mouse,no framebuffer) for
use with Oracle Reports.
I modified OWconfig :
class="XDISPLAY" name="0"
coreKeyboard="NKBD" corePointer="NMOUSE"
dev1="vfb";
Then started Xvfb and twm.
cd /var/tmp;nohup /usr/openwin/bin/Xvfb :0 -dev vfb screen 0 1280x1024x8
fbdir /var/tmp &
cd /var/tmp;nohup /usr/openwin/bin/twm -display :0 -v &
This works fine most of the time (pdf reports are created),but a couple of
times per day the Xsun process coredumps.
Anybody else using Xvfb on Solaris 10 with Oracle?
Can you provide tips?
