Permission for /dev/rdsk for oracle

Dear All,

         I am using solaris 10 and oracle is installed, Recently I added a
New Hard disk of 40gb and it is in SAN and now it is configured and showing
in solaris and now i want to use raw devices for database creation , if i
changed the permission it is changing only in /devices and not in
/dev/rdsk...and if i create a database it is giving

Errors in file /oradb1/oradata/test/udump/test_ora_25612.trc:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01119: error in creating database file

ORA-27041: unable to open file

can anyone please help in that matter.
