Adding two copper Gig ethernet cards to a v445

In addition to the 4 bge ports on the box, I'm installing two single
copper gigabit Ethernet cards. (X4150A-2)

Each card will be connected to separate switches, those two switches
connecting to a NAS server where my new Database is going to live.

I'll use IPMP which should give me a pretty good tolerant backend.
Looking at the v445 are 8 free PCI slots - some are PCIe (the first and
last two) and some are PCI-X. Looking at the inside pixs, looks like
I'll be plugging them into the PCI-X slots.

Any advise on where to install each card to minimize a single point of
failure and keep the server in balance?

Thanks
