Oracle on Large Servers

Hi,

I'm looking for a little feedback on provisioning Oracle on a Solaris 10
server (no zones) with 64GB RAM. This is a consolidation server and
will only be used for Oracle and there will probably be 20+ database
instances on the server. The question is about setting the parameter
'max-shm-memory', (done via projects). Is it OK to set the this
parameter to say 80% of physical memory of the server, in this case 51GB
? Also, is it necessary to set other project parameters for the user
'oracle'? I've read 'max-shm-ids' as well, but not sure. Also, this
setting is based on the user 'oracle' and not each instance because it a
project under the user 'oralce', right? Anyway, just looking for
thoughts on how others are setting up Oracle conslidation servers on
Solaris 10, and a little confirmation of my understanding of things.

Thanks,
