Hi Admins,
I am unable to connect to Serial Console using DB-25 connector at Sun Fire
V890 Servers.
i tried both cross-over and straigth cables not its not giving me any
prompt.
in past we had same problem and at that time the straigth cable worked.
I believe the console port is being in used by some other process thats why
i am unable to get it.
from the telnet session i got following deamon. :
# ps -ef |grep onsol
root 8432 1 0 06:40:58 console 0:00 /usr/lib/saf/ttymon -g -h -p
core1 console login: -T sun -d /dev/console -l
