Hello,
I want to exchange a disk in a sparc 5 to a new 18GB disk.
I remember that this will not work without some preconfiguration done.
Now while looking for the jobs to be done I found several opinions.
They sound like:
-You have to upgrade the OBP to release x.y
-You have to use at least Solaris 2.x
-The root partition have to be <2GB
-The root partition have to start at cylinder 0
-...
Could anybody confirm things above or even know it better ?
