Applying recommended patch cluster on solaris 8 and 10

Dear All,
I have 2 solaris 8 and 1 solaris 10 systems (SPARC systems) Recommended
patch cluster applied at the time of OS installation in July 2006.
Now I want to apply latest recommended patch clusters on all the servers.
Can anybody give me detailed procedure to follow for achieving the above
task.
