t2000 raidctl

Hi Guys,
   
  We recently bought this sunfire t2000 server, and now we're having
problem setting up RAID
  
We're getting these error ;
  # raidctl -c c0t0d0 c0t1d0
Cannot create RAID volume, disk "c0t0d0" is mounted .
   
  We tried booting via single user mode but we keep on getting the said
error.
   
  Is there any other way to do Hardware Based Raid on these model ?
