Sun Java Messaging Server (SJMS) help

We are currently running Sun Java Messaging System
(SJMS) 6.3 (2005Q4).
By default, the SJMS should deny odd characters such
as % and multiple @
within the e-mail address. For example,
user%somewhere.com@domain.com
or user@somewhere.com@domain.com should not be process
by SJMS. In addition,
SJMS should have prevent the relaying of email with %
and extra @, but it
does not.

How do you configure the rewrite configuration rules
in SJMS to prevent
the situation above to stop relaying mail, ie. stop
processing % and extra
@ and other odd characters in the email address?
Thank you.
