Regarding controlling Max process size (URGENT)

Hi All,

Can some one help me out in

"How to control or modify the max_process_size"

Which parameter in /etc/system on Solaris 10 system needs to be modified
to increase/decrease overall process size restriction? How to make it
unlimited/infinite
