some questions about Sunfire x4100

Hi, I have two questions about the Sunfire X4100

1) Does anybody know how to power on an x4100 from the SP/ILOM prompt? On the
sparc boxes, from the sc> prompt I could issue a poweron or a reset-all
command to save me physically going to the machine and pressing the button. On
the x4100's I tried using "reset /SP" but all that does is restart ILOM again

2) These x4100 boxes take sooooooo long to boot up , they sit at the "Sun
Microsystems" disclaimer bit for nigh on ten minutes before we see
"configuring Devices" pop up on the screen......Is there any way to speed this
up or even to get a more verbose output of what its actually doing for this
time ...(if indeed its doing anything at all)...I have v880's that boot up
twice as fast ...

Any help on these would be greatly appreciated
Cheers
Gary
