Filesystem-problems after patching Solaris 8

Hi Gurus,

we've installed a E420 with Solaris 8, and patched it as recommended with a
patch-cluster (Kernel-patchlevel 15). But now, we have filesystem
inconsistencies. Fsck complains
"Filesystem state in superblock is wrong - fix it?"
If you tell it to fix the problem, and re-run fsck, this filesysytem is
correct - but another one of the formely correct filesystems is defect...
Seems to be a random problem, since one time (for example) / is wrong, then
/usr, then /opt, and so on...
We've even tried to boot the machine in single-user, fixed the filesystem,
but the problem persists.
Anyone seen this before??

Any help is greatly appreciated!

kind regards, will summarize.
