no more inodes for ufs filesystem

I have a ufs filesystem that has run out of inodes but is only using 30% of
its disk capacity.

>From what I can find the only way to fix this is to dump to tape and
recreate the filesystem with a higher density of inodes.

Anyone have a different method/suggestion that reduces downtime?

TIA,

Ray
