DST patch for Solaris 8 (timezone and libc?)

Hi,

To update my Solaris 8 system do I need:
- both the timezone patch 109809-06 and the libc patch 108993-52
or
- just the timezone patch 109809-06 ??

It seems that the timezone patch 109809-06 alone does the job.
Is that right or do I still need the libc patch 108993-52?
