Hello,
We are planning to hire a new Solaris Admin this summer. The current
description say Solaris certification preferred. My boss would like to
change it to Solaris certification required. I think this requirement
will exclude too many qualified candidates from our applicant pool.
Please respond with your thoughts and/or flames on this subject.
