How to encapsulate disks using veritas volume manager under vmware workstation for solaris 10 x86

Hi All
   
  I have installed soalris 10 x86 under vmware workstation 5.5. Installed Veritas SF basic.
   
  But for some reasons it is not allowing to encapusulate the root disk.
   
  Any ideas?
