Does anyone know how to reset the password for the Service menu on a
StorEDGE L20 library? We have the password for the Administration
menu but it does not give us access to the Service menu. The manual
only goes as far as the Administration menu and does not even seem to
make reference to the Service menu.
I connected to the library's management card with a browser using the
ethernet port but nothing in the interface mentioned either password.
I haven't tried the serial connection. Would that offer different
functionality?
The library's firmware level is 171S
