What is the current best practices for network interfaces ce/ge/bge/qfe/hme
et all?
If system files/startup script/config file is explicitly set, how does the
system determines whether or not to operate in 1000/100 or full duplex/half
duplex modes.
My understanding of the GigE interfaces by default operate 1000FDX
autonegotiated. But what is optimal on the switch side - some gigE capable
and some or not.
