I'm using this program (the Sun supplied tzupdater.jar) to update several
systems I have and while it reports it's working and the version data it's
displaying changes after it's run to the "tzdata2007a" data set for the JRE
involved, the test option never seems to report that there is a time zone that
passes.
Has anyone else used it and got a Time Zone to 'pass' the built in
test?
