I have a SUN Fire v120 with Solaris 8 2.02
I am trying to install diskless services for installing a SUN Sparc
diskless workstation.

After I set up the install image on the server using CD1, CD2 and
Language CD with:

/cdrom/cdrom0/s0/Solaris_8/Tools/setup_install_server /export/install
/cdrom/cdrom0/s0/Solaris_8/Tools/add_to_install_server /export/install
/cdrom/cdrom0/s0/Solaris_8/Tools/add_to_install_server /export/install

I start the Sun Management Console with:

/usr/sadm/bin/smc &

Up to now everything is o.k. The problem appears when trying to add
diskless OS services with:

/usr/sadm/bin/smosservice add -- x mediapath=/export/install -x
platform=sparc.sun4u.Solaris_8 -x cluster=SUNWCXall

It always throws the same error:

The specified media path does not point to valid installation media.

I have read SUN docs and it should work like that.
Is there something wrong ?

Thanks
