Sunray speed screen and local font cache

Currently we use Citrix on our Sunrays so that users can access a specific
set
of Windows applications. The issue is that some of the users are very fast
typists and therefore get erratic results. They are bunhappyb with having
to wait for the line to complete. I have been told that there is a speed
screen setting that will use local font cache. Does anyone know how this is
set? Is it a Sunray, X11 or Citrix setting.
