Migrating LDAP 5.1 To 5.2 P4 Solaris 10

I have a current running Directory Server 5.1 and would like to configure
another as a replication server, however the new one will be running on
Solaris 10 and Directory Server 5.2_Patch_4.

I have installed the new 5.2 P4 version of Directory Server and want to know
the best way to move the data over from the older 5.1 machine???? This
machine will eventually be upgraded to Solaris 10 and Directory Server
5.2_Patch_4.
