SUMMARY: Removing perl from Sol8 - don't!

After a tongue lashing from Casper Dik <not really, he's just determined> and
advise from Brian Scanlan, we've decided the best of all worlds would be to
leave the old-system perl 5.003 on, and leave /usr/perl5 in place.

In this way the Solaris utilities are still supported. Although I did have
one response from Randy Romero that they removed it and "haven't had any
perl dependancies blow up." They link /bin/perl to /usr/local/bin/perl.

My appreciation & thanks to those who responded!
