Hi gurus,

I have a problem starting Veritas console on my Netbackup server. My /etc/services and inid.conf have the ports enabled. But get the following error:

ServerInterface:Logon: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

Can not connect to the NB-Java authentication service via VNETD on sssabk001 on port 13724. Exception:

vopied stream tcp nowait root /usr/openv/bin/vopied vopied
bpjava-msvc stream tcp nowait root /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bpjava-msvc bpjava-msvc -transient

/etc/services entries
# NetBackup services #

bpjava-msvc 13722/tcp bpjava-msvc

Any clues.

Thanks
Sriaman
