Port assignment in solaris

Hi there,

I currently have a TCP connection problem on a Solaris machine
running weblogic. I've done all the necessary tuning steps with the tcp
settings etc. What I would really like to know is how I can find out
what is assigning ports numbers . Looking at a part of the stuck
CLOSE_WAIT status list there all the same local port 7101 which is
weblogic, but the receiving port has been allocated from an unallocated
range 32897 - 33330

10.146.116.112.7101 10.146.116.112.33146 269936 0 269940 0
CLOSE_WAIT
10.146.116.112.7101 10.146.116.112.33088 269936 0 269940 0
CLOSE_WAIT
10.146.116.112.7101 10.146.116.112.33150 269936 0 270691 0
CLOSE_WAIT
10.146.116.112.7101 10.146.116.112.33091 269936 0 269940 0
CLOSE_WAIT
10.146.116.112.7101 10.146.116.112.33643 269936 0 269940 0
CLOSE_WAIT

What were seeing is out of the blue these happen build up and then the
machine runs out of sockets and then weblogic fails to listen on port
7101.

What I'm really needing to know is what process or what is allocating
the receiving ports 33146, 33088, 33150, 33091 and 33643. Are there
commands what could tell me this?

Regards,

Alistair.
