console connectivity--break issue??

I'm looking at some new sun systems, and I need a way to manage the consoles.
I'm considering a netreach console switch.
I've also heard about some troubles with inadvertent break's being
sent to the console port, thereby halting the systems.

Any thoughts/feedback on the netreach CMS equipment and it's
susceptibility to this problem? (and any other recommendations for
different solutions)?
