Veritas Start up problem.- can't see any disk group.

 Hello Managers,
 I have installed vxvm 4.1 on Netra t1 (D130 attached) -> Solaris 9 box. I
have created disk group, volume and everything is ok. Now, everytime I
reboot the box I got following error messages and veritas does not start
automatically. I would really appreciate someone's help how could I resolve
this problem.

 1. While booting, got following message on console
