Time change updates?

I was recently talking to one of my co-workers who has applied a number
of patches on HP-UX systems because of "new" time changes / updates that
are to go into effect January 1, 2007.

Are there similar patches that need to be installed for Solaris (Running
solaris 9 ) because of the recent changes on hours in a year, etc.?
