Hi all :
I bought an used Enterprise 250, with 4 x 9 GB SCSI Disks, I'm reading the
owner4s manual
and I see the SCSI is not a RAID controller, so must I use Solstice
DiskSuite or similar
(software RAID)? where can I download this (I don4t see it in the sun
downloads page)?
If i try to install Solaris the installation program don4t leave me install
in the disks
with a message of "label not valid"...How can I fdisk/format the disks
before install
Solaris? (SMC or N1 CD4s don4t boot)Is there any installation option in the
Solaris CD
to boot in a minimal command environment?
Sorry, I'm relatively new to this "old" Sun hardware
PD: I use the serial console because I don4t have graphic card
