Thats the Service Computer trying to get an IP address through dhcp. The
default setting on the SC is to get IP from dhcp and enable ssh.

Also called ALOM, ILOM or "out of band management".

Attach a serial console and press #. then do "scsetup" to either set ip
address or turn it off.

It's really nice to have it enabled tho, you can remotly poweroff/on
the computer and you can also set it set it up so it emails an techican on
hardware errors.

And it's completely free (vendors like HP charge for their ILOM:)
