Hello All,
There is a SunFire V210 installed Solaris 8. This box
was not used for a couple of months after it once had
been terminated abnormally. When it is booted, it
displays nothing but a black screen on monitor. It
might be set input-device and output-device to ttya,
so it is connected with a serial console. On the
Windows HyperTerminal, it doesnt have any output
also.
While the machine is powering up, I hold down <Stop+N>
to reset the NVRAM variables to their default
settings. I cant see anything on either monitor or
HyperTerminal when it boot. By the way, when Windows
HyperTerminal is used, not keyboard/mouse/monitor is
connected to the server.
The service required indicator light is off.
Please provide me your suggestions.
